In mid July after two trips to the ER with back pain caused by spinal damage done over the past 50 years, my wife brought me to SpineWorks, Issaquah. I had a very long term lower back issue which developed at a younger age and I was trying to manage for over 20 years. Lots of periods of no exercise due to pain and frequent discomfort flying and driving.
