Highly recommend this clinic for any kind of spine issues/pain! Since a car accident I had back in 2021 affecting my neck/upper back, I have dabbled in seeing a few chiropractors without any ongoing relief.. but my spine is finally feeling better, thanks to Dr. Cody and the team at Spineworks in Issaquah. I have driven about an hour each way for my appointments, and it has been well worth it; their approach focuses on improving the spinal alignment/postural issues for long-term symptom relief and prevention of further degeneration. They even take x-rays at the start of treatment and periodically throughout to help with specifically tracking progress and adjusting the treatment plan. Everyone at the clinic is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!!

Dr. Cody and Sarah are terrific! They work as a solid team to make sure their patients receive proper care and treatment. When you put in the work as well, then you will see results !! I knew my case wasn’t an easy one (hand/arm nerve issues) but Dr. Cody created a comprehensive plan, we followed it and I was equally committed. Guess what ? More improvement than expected and I now have some exercises in my arsenal that I can incorporate in my life to further improve my plight. If you are looking to improve your health or if you are having pain - I highly recommend SpineWorks Issaquah !!

Upon entering Spineworks, greeting you will be someone who is essentially sunshine in human form. Sarah is so welcoming, warm, and friendly. Beyond that, she is very knowledgeable about the world of spine, back, shoulder, and neck care, really the chiropractic world all-around. It’s very apparent that Sarah sincerely dedicates herself to each patient, she is so hands-on. She is just such a joy. For lack of better words here, Sarah is…. AbSoLuTeLy AmAziNg!
And, Dr. Cody Drake…. wow. All I can say is “Wow!”. He can put a patient at ease so naturally, offering such comfort and that real hope a person seeks when they need medical attention. He listens intently, he is thorough, and he tailors his detailed care-plans to each individual, based off of who they are as a whole person. It is so easy to recognize that you’re in very capable hands. What he presents and provides as options and solutions to improving his patient’s well-being, Dr. Cody explains every step, the whole way through. Dr. Cody is everything you seek in a medical professional…and then some.
So, to summarize - At Spineworks Issaquah, I know, 100% positive, that I am in the very best hands for my care, and I feel nothing but absolutely confident in saying that you will feel the same way, too.

I went with a lot of pain in the lower back , I was losing my legs and balance . The doctor was really profesional , he show me the problem and we started working in a recovery plan wich so far I have been feeling better in progressing with a couple visits. I recommend this place 100 %. Dr and staff really profesional

Highly reccomend this chiropractor. They really help you understand how to promote long term spine health and work with you to help you get there. Like many people my neck had lost its curve due to looking down at my phone and working at a computer. Thanks to their help I was able to see great improvement and their check ins with x-rays helped me see my effort pay off.

I started going to Dr.Cody in November after living with bulging discs in my lower back for 13 years. In the beginning we had to pivot a little because I just wasn't able to handle traction. Today my lower back is doing so much better! My take of motion has improved drastically. When I have setbacks, due to me sitting for hours incorrectly when I know better, they are minor compared to before. They don't last nearly as long and I can still function. I'm just in shock and so incredibly thankful. I was losing hope that my back would ever get better. Thank you DR. Cody and Sarah for all your care!

I highly recommend SpineWorks. Dr Cody helped me gain my mobility back again . There are so much improvements all over my health. Before Dr Cody i suffer with neck pain , my lower back was always getting stuck ,i was not able to stand up on my feet without pain but now i am able to work all day with no pain . Thank you Dr Cody for helping me and thank you Sarah for being very friendly and very organized .

Under Dr Cody’s treatment my severe leg and shoulder pain were drastically reduced and I’m able to start my daily activities with so much lesser pain from when I started two months ago . Dr Cody and his awesome team helped to treat those annoying aches and pains in my shoulders and neck in less than 10 weeks! Everybody is so caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Sarah is super helpful when assisting with chiropractic care and flexible with scheduling 🙂

My husband did some research on Dr. Cody and told me he wanted me to have the best when I ended up in serious pain and I will say Dr. Cody is the best (my husband too). Apparently getting old added with my hunched over position and bad posture finally caught up to me. I would think being a Gen Xer I would be able to tough it out and go through my treatment more maturely, but I admit anytime the Doc tried to massage/work/adjust my shoulder I squirmed away from him like a toddle would a bath. It was the perfect storm of please do not touch me for several sessions. Lucky for me Dr. Cody was very patient, and I do mean patient. Both he and Ms. Sarah keep their eyes on you when you are going through your exercises and do check-ins throughout your visit. If you are having issues, pains and even if you flinch, he will catch it, stop and ask if you are alright. I have to say this place is on its own level compared to previous places I have been to. They make me feel comfortable from start to finish and my body feels better each day.

I’ve been treated by Chiropractors periodically over the years. Dr. Cody is the best Chiropractor of all that have treated me. His medical knowledge is superior. The treatment plan was meticulously researched. He provided a written report that provided detailed diagnoses with annotated x-ray images with normal baselines and deviations highlighted and illustrated. The report contained ample references to the medical literature. Dr. Cody reviewed the treatment plan with me and carefully explained all the plan’s aspects and made sure I understood. Dr. Cody’s bedside manner is professional, caring and confidence inspiring. He truly listens. On a scale of one to ten, he is a “wow”! I can and do recommend Dr. Cody for anyone looking for a superior Chiropractor.

I was suffering with chronic sciatica and unable to get relief from seeing a physical therapist. Dr. Cody healed me from debilitating pain in my lower back and legs. Before I saw Dr. Cody I couldn’t walk, sit, or stand without discomfort. Now I have my way of life back and feel pain free!

I went to see Dr. Cody at SpineWorks for low back pain, headaches, and balance issues after having my 5th baby. He helped me identify the true source of my issues and gave me specific adjustments and exercises to help me correct my posture, strengthen my core, and improve my flexibility. I cannot believe how good I feel after 2 months! I no longer wake up with throbbing headaches and I’m able to better take care of my kids without constant pain.

My name is Tammy, I am 63 years old and have suffered with back and neck pain since I was 23 years old.
I have been going to a traditional Chiropractor for 40 years every 2 weeks.
I have tried numerous Physical Therapy session, Decompression Therapy, Acupuncture, exercise classes, cold laser treatment, massage therapy and water aerobics and still I suffered from pain, taking way more Ibuprofen and Extra Strength Tylenol than I should have and yet I still suffered every day with varying amounts of pain.

I went for a consultation, x-rays, exam, treatment plan and I was intrigued by this Technique and the great choice of payment plans with insurance considered and decided to give it a go.
After only 3 weeks of treatment I have decreased significantly the amount of meds I was taking, and was so excited for the first time in a long time had very little to no low back pain. I have been able to vacuum, sweep the kitchen floor, and carry a laundry basket of which had previously caused great pain.
I highly recommend this treatment. The staff and doctors are so knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and listen to me.

I hurt my back/glute pretty severely weightlifting in December. I tried everything from stretching on my own, massage, acupuncture. etc. It was not until I saw Cody and he gave me an adjustment that I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. No joke, two weeks after I saw him, in February, my monthly on-going pain suddenly disappeared! I SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM SOONER! I cannot recommend Cody and SpineWorks enough!

I highly recommend Dr. Cody Drake at Spineworks Issaquah. I have pretty severe back pain from years of desk work and a couple whiplash car accidents. My spine was an s shape that needs work to get my posture back to what it should be. I’m on the right path with Spineworks. I love how thorough the team is with putting together a plan to get me pain free and back to having a good posture. If you struggle with back pain or have posture issues you won’t find another clinic who is dialed in better to get you on the right track!
