Spineworks is unlike any other chiropractor I have been to. I genuinely feel the difference in my body since I have started coming here. My first visits consisted of a consult with Dr.Cody and x-rays with Dr.Keoni and Sarah. They created a care plan to get my body back into alignment and I’ve been consistently coming for about 2 months now. I feel like a different person! The strength building I’ve been doing in office along with my at home workouts have made such a difference. I have felt and seen the results in the way I carry myself. I have been a patient there for a few months now and am seeing progress I didn't realize I could have...I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was maybe 15? I’ve always had tightness in my upper shoulders, SpineWorks actually took the time to find out why and to work on correcting my posture and the problem, after a few weeks, already feeling better. I hurt my low back at work and was looking for relief as it was so painful I could barely sit, stand, or roll over in bed. I googled “chiropractor” and found SpineWorks and thank God I did. I felt immediate relief after my first visit which allowed me to at least function. The staff has been wonderful to work with. They are very welcoming, know you by name, and more importantly come up with a plan to relieve your pain as well as strengthen and reshape your spine. One thing I especially appreciate is the preliminary x-ray to reveal any deficiencies in the posture of your spine which helps the Drs. develop a treatment plan. Then there is a follow up x-ray midway through the treatment to see how you’ve progressed and how close your spine is to ideal. This helps track how well your home exercises are going as well as the in-house treatments (traction). Many chiropractors can simply be a few neck and back cracks and then go home. SpineWorks provides a comprehensive plan and walks with you every step of the way. I feel very grateful to have found them and to have walked through their door. I was first introduced through a YogaSix Issaquah Pop-Up event where Dr. Keoni was present and offering some posture evaluations. From there, I booked an initial appointment where I got X-Rays done and a consultation with Dr. Cody. In my follow-up appointment, Dr. Cody went through my X-ray’s with me and explained everything I needed to know regarding my posture, pain, and over-all well being. I decided to follow through and continue my treatment, as everyone here is extremely supportive. Every time I walk into this place, I feel so extremely comfortable and welcomed here. Sarah and Salem at the front desk are so kind and a pleasure to see each time I come on in.
