In mid July after two trips to the ER with back pain caused by spinal damage done over the past 50 years, my wife brought me to SpineWorks, Issaquah. Immediately upon being greeted by Sarah, I believed I was in the right place. Within minutes we were introduced to Drs. Josh, Cody, and Keoni; what we believed initially was reinforced with the kindness, knowledge, and focused execution demonstrated by the team. These attributes, along with the seamless teamwork demonstrated over the past several weeks are quite unique, "wonderfully unique". Today I am pain free, and in the process of eliminating the medication. A thing I initially believed impossible, this team has accomplished. Both doctors sincerely and wholeheartedly want to help the patient in their healing journey (they are both outstanding and kind hearted). I had a very long term lower back issue which developed at a younger age and I was trying to manage for over 20 years. Lots of periods of no exercise due to pain and frequent discomfort flying and driving. Within the course of treatment, the curvature in my back was changed markedly and with it, pain reduced and mobility improved. Having these symptoms really impacted my daily life, especially when it came to sports or even at time walking. Being a pretty active guy, this really frustrated me.
